Merry Mistletoe

19 Dec 2016

Tis the season to deck yourself out and hit the holiday party circuit. All you lovely fashionistas, get ready to be the chicest woman at the holiday party with our Christmas inspired collection, all this week!

Whatever your traditions at Christmas, it's always nice to pick a stand-out outfit to mark the occasion. A bit of glitz and glamour is a must and can be incorporated in a number of different ways: if you usually relax around the house on Christmas Day enjoying indoor festivities, then choose a comfortable outfit - perhaps a sparkly top with slouchy jeans and snuggly slippers. If you dine out, or visit family, why not go all out? Team glitzy shoes with a smart, festive dress, or jumpsuit. Make sure you consider outerwear and don't get caught out in the cold.

Whatever your plans, choosing what to wear on Christmas Day should be fun! And here’s a list of things you can consider while picking your Christmas party attire-

Velvets

Velvet is big this year and Christmas is the perfect time to wear it - but it doesn't have to be limited to festive dresses. You can pick unique velvet tops or jackets too!

The coat

Protect yourself from the elements and stay stylish in a well-chosen winter coat. Since this is the perfect time for layering, pick the fuzziest and the most fun coats for the next party!

The bag

A giant handbag will only be a nuisance on a night out, so stick with a neat clutch in vibrant colours.

The dress

The most important part of your Christmas style arsenal! Pick out a party dress for your body shape and we reckon you than a gorgeous black fit n' flare one with a hint of Christmas colours (red, while, green and gold) is a good place to start!

The accessories

Who cares if you plan on wearing the same LBD to every event? Mix things up with some stylish accessories and it'll feel good as new every time.

Footwear

It’s finally time to wear boots, so get them all out and have a lot of fun pairing boots with dresses for formal parties and jeans and shorts on casual soirees!
